Sports Podiatry

The practice of a sports activity, whether competitive or recreational, exposes the body to significant mechanical stresses that can become a source of lower limb and spine pathologies. The specificity of sports chiropody is to take into account the technical gestures associated with the sport practiced, the frequency of practice, the environment (terrain, types of shoes, etc.) and the associated pathologies.

Podiatry for Children

Podiatry or podiatry in children: orthopaedic inserts can be recommended for children with growth or sports-related pathologies.

Posturology

Study of your body schema as a whole. It takes into account the position of the head, the shoulders, the spine, the pelvis, the lower limbs to the feet. The postural system that allows us to remain in a standing position receives information from various sensors: eye, vestibule, skin, joints, muscles, viscera etc. If one of the sensors is dysfunctional, it can lead to postural imbalance and the appearance of disorders and pain, which will most often be chronic.
